Warranty and Returns
Our Crystal Cornell product warranty is given for one full year against defects in material and workmanship. Breakage due to impact or abuse is not covered.
We reserve the right to replace or repair a product based on our evaluation of the failure or breakage. No additional coverage for extenuating costs is given or implied. We reserve the right to inspect and determine our liability for any product breakage or failure and that determination is final.
